How to use this: Fill one row each evening. Water intake is the most useful
number, so measure it properly for a few days in a row before each recheck: pour a measured
amount into the bowl, measure what's left after 24 hours, and subtract. For appetite, panting,
and energy, a word is enough (normal / more / less). Weigh once a week on the same scales.
Call your vet the same day if your dog vomits, has diarrhoea, refuses food,
becomes noticeably weak, or is wobbly or collapses. The owner leaflet supplied with trilostane
also instructs owners to stop giving the medication and contact the vet immediately if these
signs appear. Follow the leaflet your vet gave you. Never change the dose on your own.

Tip: log the uneventful weeks too. A run of steady numbers is what tells your vet the control is
holding, and water intake creeping back up is often the earliest sign that a dose no longer fits.
Note any missed or doubled tablet, because it changes how the monitoring results are read.
