These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Felova mobile app and this website (felova.app), provided by Felova (“Felova”, “we”, “us”). By using the app or the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Felova.
The Felova app
Felova is a tool for pet owners to track their pets' health — including pet profiles, mood, weight, medications, and health conditions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your device secure. Your data is stored locally on your device; please see our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.
Website and waitlist
This site provides information about Felova and a waitlist for the app. Features, availability, and timing may change before and after launch.
Not medical advice
Felova is a care-tracking tool and is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not provide veterinary advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for any questions about your pet's health, and seek urgent care in an emergency. You rely on any information in Felova at your own discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Felova only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, the website, or their systems.
Your content
The pet and health data you enter into the app belongs to you. Because it is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining and backing it up. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove data stored locally on your device.
Disclaimer of warranties
Felova is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app or website.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Felova evolves. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Felova after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
